Each seat in the conferenceroom is equipped with a delegate unit.The high sensitivity and narrow directivity of the gooseneck microphone enable clear communication, even when the delegate is leaning back fully in their chair.An additional unit is provided for the chairman.All units are connected to a central controller, LG486M, which is powered by an external power supply, the LGFX100.The Prestel LGFX06 soundbar is used for audio playback.The digital audio processor distributes and processes audio signals.To capture video in the room, three cameras with an active speaker auto-framing system are used.They can independently select the best angles for each delegate.
The central camera captures the general view and close-up of the chairman, while the side cameras cover the delegates along the long sides of the table.
The video switching system implemented at the facility allows for flexible control of all hall equipment from a single device. It enables the switching of content from various sources to the display systems. All devices, including the main display, desktop monitors, and cameras, are connected to the matrix switch via HDBaseT extenders. In addition, the system includes an HDMI splitter, a video capture device (HDMI to USB 3.0), and a PoE switch.
The control system based on the controller and the PoE switch provides easy operation and allows the organization’s in‑house staff to operate the equipment directly without technical specialists.
The Prestel BYOD-14HC BYOD system, equipped with the WB-1C and WB-1H wireless transmitters, provides convenient wireless display of presentation materials on the screen, allowing simultaneous connection and display of content from up to four devices.
